Please join us at Dillon Town Park which provides us with a grassy space and overlook of the Dillon Marina. We have licensed yoga instructor, Kat Carter, who will guide us through practice poses combined with specific breathing techniques and meditation principles to help us work through discomforts and past traumas to better life experiences.
*For new attendees, there will be a questionnaire sent via email to make sure our content is relevant. Please fill out prior to the class.
