We are inviting you to a Steampunk Picnic. We are inviting you to a Steampunk Picnic. Bring your family, friends and a basket of goodies, drinks, beverages (no alcohol permitted) and join us for a Steampunk Picnic in Baker Park located at 2200 S Main St New Castle, IN 47362 We have reserved the Main Shelter and plan to meet at 2p on July 18th. 2021. The Picnic will be happening Rain or Shine. So please plan to attend. * We will be having a Door Prize Give Away for those who attend. * What to Wear? Consider it a themed costume party. If you really want to dress us, Consider Young Frankenstein as a good guide to clothing options. Or simply come as you are and have a conversation with us. * We will be having a Steampunk Themed Costume Contest. Prizes are being determined. 3 Secret Judges will be appointed and will be making the final call as to how interesting and well presented, in steampunk flair, your over all look is put together. ~~~ We do request that you follow COVID guidelines and observe Social Distancing while at the picnic. It’s not only for your personal safety but the safety of others. Also, Please use good common sense. It may be hot so dress appropriately for the weather. Water and a limited supply of Ice will be on site. Other provisions for water will also be available, including a V.P. convenience store near by "Please keep in mind that the object of our carousal is too entertain and amuse; the social gathering, therefore, should not be made the arena of dispute.
