Lease is contigent upon agricultural graze agreement. $900 per month OBO, with 12 month lease. *Land to be used for livestock/cattle grazing only. *Land owners not responsible for health or welfare of animals. * Lessee will be responsible to maintain fencing, shelter, food, water and vet care. *Acerage may be rotated and/or reduced to 25 available acers due to crop development.
