Perform grounds maintenance and assist maintenance personnel with basic cleaning and building maintenance for government housing agency. Mow, trim, weed, edge, snow removal, fertilize, maintain irrigation systems. Must possess physical strength and agility to perform heavy manual labor, out of doors. Must have experience operating lawn care and snow removal equipment. Must have knowledge in the use of basic hand tools and equipment. Must be personally bondable, 18 years of age and possess a valid WA State Drivers license with good driving record. Requires minimum of one year experience in grounds maintenance.
