ABOUT OPERATION UNDERGROUND RAILROADO.U.R. was founded in 2013 by former Department of Homeland Security agent, Tim Ballard. O.U.R.'s mission is to rescue children from human trafficking. Trafficking involves slave labor, sex labor, and/or organ harvesting. O.U.R.'s special ops team consists of former CIA, past and present law enforcement, and highly skilled operatives to take part in the rescue operations. These operations are always in conjunction with law enforcement throughout the world. O.U.R. provides assistance in the recovery once the victims are rescued. Victims are sheltered in vetted aftercare facilities and safe homes around the world where they learn life skills all over again or for the first time. The aftercare also includes mental therapy, medical and dental care, assitance with continuing education, college scholarships, and vocational training.
