Point Pleasant, NJ Kids in the Kitchen Summer Series-Baking Class July 21st Cinnamon and Apple Bread Pudding with Vanilla Bean Creme Anglaise 1 pm-3 pm PLEASE NOTE: This class is running 3 times this day, Choose the time that fits you best. This a great kids class, we will be focusing on understanding the recipe. Working on our *Knife Skills*Chopping*Peeling*Scaling *Measuring and Baking. Will be talking about where their food comes from and how to balance flavors. After baking, we will enjoy one of the Bread Puddings and the rest will home with everyone. Everyone will have the recipes we make to bring home along with the meal we are making in class.
