This a great kids class, we will be focusing on understanding the recipe. Working on our *Knife Skills*Chopping*Peeling*Scaling *Measuring and Baking. Will be talking about where their food comes from and how to balance flavors. After baking, we will enjoy one of the Bread Puddings and the rest will home with everyone. Everyone will have the recipes we make to bring home along with the meal we are making in class.
