Closing Night of the 2021 Blue Whiskey Independent Film Festival, featuring four (4) short films and one (1) feature. FEATURE SYNOPSIS: In the Sicilian town of Taormina, an aspiring poet in search of inspiration meets a folk singer trying to write a follow up to her breakout hit. Their chemistry sparks collaboration, challenging each other to express their thorniest secrets, growing closer all the while. SCREENING DATE: Friday, July 30, 2021 @ 7:00 PM TICKET PRICE: $15.00 (all ages) PRECEDED BY: Manasanamaha, The Single Line Theory, Heirs, and The Peach Scarf PLEASE NOTE: Session runs from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Shorts program begins at 7:00 PM, followed by a brief intermission, and concludes with the feature film, Molto Bella. General admission tickets provide entry to all films in the session. Blue Whiskey Independent Film Festival (BWiFF) is a not-for-profit organization based in the greater Chicagoland area. The festival seeks out bold and innovative filmmakers that utilize story elements in a new and exciting way, presenting character-driven independent cinema that is fueled by the filmmaker's passion for the art without large studio support.
