Join us July 1st to bike along Town Lake Trail from the Kammok Gear Shop, run a segment of the Greenbelt, and swim in Barton Springs! We're finally back in person for our monthly Taco Tri and can't wait to see you all in person!! Join us July 1st when we'll bike along Town Lake Trail from the Kammok Gear Shop, run a segment of the Greenbelt, and swim in Barton Springs to cool off. We'll bike back to the Kammok Gear Shop to finish with Granny's breakfast tacos. All skill levels of athleticism/taco-eating welcome. Free swag for first-timers. Mornin' schedule 6:15 am - Meet at the Kammok Gear Shop, 1401 E 7th St. (sign a waiver if you're new) 6:30 am - Easy bike from Kammok to Barton Springs (trail & road), run/hike Greenbelt segment (3 mi or pick your distance), swim Barton Springs (two lengths or just a dip!) 8:15 am - Bike from Barton Springs to Kammok Gear Shop 8:35 am - Taco time at Granny's! What to bring + Bike: Fatter tires/commuter bikes preferred for the trail/road combo we'll be on. Leave your nicest bike at home. + Bike light + Bike lock + Helmet + Clothes to run/swim in + Goggles + Towel + A smile The vibe This is a fun, easy-going early morning routine designed to jump start your day with fresh tacos, caffeine, and new pals. We stay in a pack on the bike ride. Participants can choose their own pace and distance on the swim and run. Mask Policy: Due to CDC recommendations, vaccinated participants are not required to wear a mask. See you July 1st, early birds! We can't wait to roll with you back in person!!
