Unload semi worth of office furniture into ground level office suite. I can use two-four guys, my guy and I will be building a conference table. the seven desks are a bit heavy but slow and steady gets it done. A bunch of chairs, odds and ends. EVERYTHING IS WRAPPED AND/OR BOXED, it is all new office furniture. If we get in and out I'm not afraid to throw some tip$ out there. We're just loading it into a suite-no unboxing or set-up.
