We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician at a residential community. This position's main duty is to assist with maintenance operations for the community. Duties involve general maintenance to keep the property in a safe and attractive condition. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of maintenance skills including general plumbing, drywall repair/painting, light electrical, and HVAC. This full-time hourly position works under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. We are an established property management company looking for a motivated team player with good technical skills who is organized and detail oriented. Includes physical tasks.
