Join us as we learn the value of a Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC) while discovering your creative side! During this event, you will learn formal and informal support systems in the SOF community. The SPEAR Alliance will utilize MFLC services and offer a unique experience for you to practice skills and behaviors that support healthy and balanced lifestyles. You will receive comprehensive readiness tools that promote and preserve wellness, mentorship, and support networks as members of the SOF community.
