Support the FOUNDATION 29, this year's Cancer Charity! Fun ,Fitness & Fellowship while giving back to those in need! Our Annual HEALTH & FITNESS CANCER AWARENESS Event will be a little different this year. Meet us at Lake Rim Recreation by the pavilion for a full body work-out! Bring the following items with you (there will be some available for borrow) Light hand weights, resistance bands (purchase at www.dancingwithoutsin.com) a mat, towel and water bottle. This fun filled work-out experience will include: Dance Cardio, Zumba, Kick boxing, REFUSAL to GIVE in Resistance band training, strengthening, toning, yoga etc. After our work-out we will go inside for refreshments, shopping, prizes and fellowship! If you can not attend because of your schedule or you live out of town, please consider purchasing a ticket for someone else or donating to the cause. Proceeds are to benefit the FOUNDATION 29. They will use the proceeds to assist chemo patients and others that are in need of assistance.
