- Work well with other maintenance staff and/or alone
- Prioritize maintenance tasks such as repairs, weekly cleaning schedules, grounds maintenance, and new projects
- Manage tasks to completion and manage re-occurring tasks
- Troubleshoot lite Electrical, HVAC, roofing, flooring, carpentry & plumbing problems -- fix minor items
- Work with property manager to ensure problems are being solved in a timely manner
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour DOE
