Accordion player playing tunes from Greece, Bulgaria, etc. Traditional styles. Putting the feelers out there. Maybe jam a tune or two. A drummer who can play dumbek, or kit would be nice. If you can play in odd time signatures like 5, 7, 9, 11 + that would be super cool. Violin, clarinet, guitar, etc would be great too. Willing to teach songs and rhythms if you have the willingness but not the skill. Slowly building a Balkan music and dance project over time.
