HIRING Caregivers for AFHs/CBRFs

An Innovative Care is seeking dedicated and reliable caregivers (CNA/CBRF experience preferred). Continuity of care is extremely important, so we are hiring for permanent positions (full-time and part-time) for all shifts. 1st shift: (7am – 3pm) 2nd shift: (3pm - 11pm) 3rd shift: (11pm – 7am) Responsibilities: Activities of daily living, bathing/dressing, toileting, laundry, medication administration, light housekeeping, meal prep, behavioral health management, following individual service plans, etc. 
Requirements: Valid driver's license with reliable transportation, auto insurance, good communication skills, legal adult (18 years or older), and able to pass appropriate background checks / reference verifications. 
Must be able to work without direct supervision. Must be patient, professional, hard working, and a committed caregiver. Must be able to appropriately manage situations with behavioral and medical issues. Must have a Positive Attitude. Our goal is to provide the highest quality care to our residents.
