All things general maintenance We have roughly 300 rental properties in Springfield/ Republic and are looking for someone to handle everything that can go wrong in a house. Filing holes, touching up paint, garbage disposal repair, painting, sheetrock repair, adjusting doors, fence repair, cleaning dryer vents, clogged drains. Overall general maintenance. Must have your own tools and be able to get materials when needed. Must have reliable transportation.
