Arkansas Senior Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP-BOT) Business and Operations Training. AR SHIIP staff is hosting a Business and Operations Training event that will focus on providing a broad overview to strengthen SHIIP and MIPPA operations and business Practices. By hosting this one day two part event that will center on partner agencies core members and key personnel. Breaking into two groups one being business and the second operations that will offer a better understanding and best practices. The Operation Training will begin at 9:00 am and run through to 12:00 pm and Business Training from 12:00 pm - 3:30 pm This event will follow the CDC Covid safe guidelines.
