Press release from the Town of Westwood: June 19, 2021 Planning Board to Attend Select Board Meeting Monday, June 21, 2021 6:00 pm - Revised Meeting Notice Date: 06/21/2021 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM Location: Remote Meeting via Zoom Planning Board to Attend Select Board Meeting Packet REVISED 6/17/21 MEETING WILL BE FULLY REMOTE VIA ZOOM WEBINAR Pursuant to Governor Baker's June 16, 2021 Order extending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law MGL C. 30A, §18 to allow for remote meeting participation until April 1, 2022; the June 21, 2021, Select Board/Planning Board meeting will be conducted via remote participation by the Boards. WESTWOOD MEDIA CENTER LIVE STREAM OF SELECT BOARD MEETING: The meeting will be live streamed by Westwood Media Center and the public can view the meeting here https://westwoodmediacenter.tv. Our government channels will be broadcasting the meeting on Comcast channel 12 and Verizon channel 42. The public is encouraged to watch the meeting via Westwood Media Center live stream and join via Zoom webinar as instructed below. The public will be allowed to make comments, if they wish to do so, during the portions of the meeting designated for public comment. Every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings, via technological means. In the event that we are unable to do so, despite our best efforts, we will post on the town website, www.townhall.westwood.ma.us, an audio or video recording, or transcript, as soon as practicable after the meeting.
