STOUGHTON, MA — Stoughton voters will head to the polls for a second time this year for the special election on Tuesday, June 22. The purpose of the special election is to fill the seat of former Select Board Chair Christine Howe. The seat became available when Howe resigned to accept a government job in Idaho, and now two candidates are vying for the open spot on the board: Mark Zamanian and Louis Gitto.
