Join this family-fun event to support some of our favorite warriors - Lily Bowen and her awesome family! 3ld yoga + strength studio and Bridge + Main Market are teaming up to support some of our favorite warriors - Lily Bowen and her awesome family. This event is designed for the whole family. Bring a blanket, yoga mats or just go barefoot in the grass and join us for fun songs, poses and movement - all the best warrior poses in honor of Lily! No prior experience required and all ages welcome for this 45-minute funky yoga flow. 100% of the proceeds go to the Bowen Family. Plus Bridge + Main will donate to the cause for each purchase made in their store that day! Reputation Beverage Co. will also be on site offering their awesome custom cold brew coffee and kombucha for purchase in support of Lily. It takes a village - and we have the very best!
