Join Mota Thai Yoga every Monday from 6-7pm for Slow Burn Yoga.
Integrate breath and movement with this Slow Burn Yoga Class. During this class, there will be a focus on alignment, strength and flexibility, while you are led through slow yoga sequences.
You will need to wear a mask before, during, and after class. When you come to the studio, remove your shoes at the door, and take your belongings to your yoga space. You will be checked in at the door.

(Mota Thai Yoga is located at 416 W. Huron Street, across from the YMCA. Mota Thai Yoga shares a parking lot with several businesses including the Yellow Barn. You can park in the parking lot in front of the studio. Look for blue door #22 with a red buddha on it.)
