The 21st Annual Downtown First Awards will recognize businesses, organizations and individuals who have made a difference in Downtown York. This year’s Downtown First Awards will take place at 6 p.m., Thursday, August 19 at PeoplesBank Park, 5 Brooks Robinson Way, York, Pennsylvania.
