We are looking for a qualified, responsible landscaper for full-time work, Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30pm. Somos una compañia local en busca de trabajadores. RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to): • Landscaping at multiple properties - raking, mowing, edging, pruning, blowing, weeding, etc. Company Vehicle provided • Property Upkeep - Maintaining property grounds, building exteriors and interiors, parking lots, and other common areas • Customer Service - This position will involve some interaction with tenants (both residential and commercial) and the public • Compliance with Fair Housing Laws and standards QUALIFICATIONS: • 1+ years Landscape Maintenance Experience preferred • General Maintenance Experience is a huge plus • Fluent in English - Ability to speak Spanish is a plus • Strong Communication Skills - Both written and verbal • Customer Service - Professional and courteous with tenants, vendors, and staff • Valid Driver's License & Insurance • Physical Fitness - Ability to lift and move 50 lbs • Time Management - Staying on task, working efficiently, tracking all time worked • Background Check/Drug Test COMPENSATION: • $18-20/hr, decided on entry • Health Insurance - medical, dental, and vision (after 60 days) • PTO and Paid Holidays (after 90 days) • 401(k) plan
