Construction Lead At Steve's Home Services, we complete a wide variety of construction projects for our customers. We are searching for a Construction Lead who has the desire to work hard every day! Someone who is willing to learn all types of residential construction, and be capable of leading and motivating a crew. It is equally important that you have a positive and team oriented attitude and have excellent communication skills. We are busy year round and always booked out by 2-3 months. Qualifications - Have construction experience - Have tools and reliable transportation - Be willing to complete and/or learn projects ranging from the crawl space to attic and in between and everything around the surrounding area of a house - Be punctual and have good attendance Pay is based on previous experience.
