Seeking Female roommate in South Seattle, Aug 1 (and possible mid-July) availability.I’m looking for a roommate for a lovely South Seattle apartment (10 minutes north of the airport). Your bedroom is approx. 10’ x12’ (room for a queen-sized bed) with a walk-in closet. You will have your own private bath and covered parking. The living room is spacious with a wood burning fireplace and wet bar. Sizable kitchen. Complete with washer/dryer. This top (third) floor unit has a double balcony (two sliding glass doors) with a nice view of the Seattle skyline. Apartment amenities include indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and recreation room. Close to bus line and just off Hywy 99.  Current Rent: $860 / mo Utilities- approx. $35 / mo (each) Sorry, no pets allowed. About me: I'm a woman of faith that enjoys healthy living, hiking, kayaking, being an auntie, and movie nights. I’m a former teacher that presently works with kids as a counselor.
