TOMS RIVER, NJ — Three men rushed to aid a motorcyclist whose leg was severed in a crash at Route 70 and Whitesville Road in Toms River last week. John Troncone, 25, of Jackson, lost his leg in the crash. But the efforts of Joey and Chris Drago and Miguel Otero kept Troncone alive. You can read more about their actions below. Other headlines from the week include the indictment of three men on charges of murder and attempted murder in the fatal shooting last October of a Bayville man as he sat in the back seat of a car. Two other people were in the car at the time of the shooting.
