Charleston Grounds Management needs to hire a Landscape Maintenance Foreman/Driver and someone to help with our Install/ Construction team. The person that would fit both of these roles would need to be willing to do the work assigned on our commercial properties and be able to lead a team to work efficiently. Some duties you may have: drive a company vehicle understand and completes scope of work leads and trains employees assigned to their crew reads and completes all tasks from Production Manager directs all team members throughout a commercial property to get daily items complete within allotted time frames knows how to run a zero turn mower, use a weed eater, steel edger and knows how to use a blower understands how to apply ant bait and round up knows to pull weeds, prune and blow debris in a efficient manner maintains all equipment used- changing blades, filters, heads Skills or other things you must have: a valid and insurable drivers license throughout employment 2 years experience as a Crew Leader/Foreman or Installer intermediate knowledge of horticulture and landscape maintenance ability to train others ability to lead others ability to show up on time and be dependable and accountable ability to use a cell phone to track hours on job sites great attitude everyday and be able to solve day to day conflicts use and maintain all maintenance/install equipment and machines What we offer: competitive pay based on YOUR experience full time hours (even in the winter months) long term employment ways to advance to different areas/opportunities PTO managers who CARE about you
