Warehouse Worker (Full Time/Full Benefits/PTO/Holiday/Bonus) Also Energy is looking for full time labor assistance in our warehouse. This role will primarily move materials and prepare shipments. This is a full time, direct hire position. We have 3 spots available at this time for this role. Looking to hire immediately. Interview for this position will be a working interview in person with the team. Physical Demands - Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently - Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts - Frequently exposure to outside weather conditions - Ability to stand at a workstation terminal for an extended period of time Qualifications - Reliability: Looking for someone who will report to the office M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pm MT - Reliable transportation to and from Boulder, CO required - Contingent on satisfactory background check -No violent crimes -Most non-job related misdemeanors will not exclude you from consideration -Feel free to message if you have questions/concerns on your specific background - COVID-19 vaccine required with card proof - can use paid worktime after start date to schedule and attend vaccine appointments if not yet vaccinated Job Details - Pay: Hourly $15-$17.00 based on background/experience - We are paid every other Friday for the prior two weeks - Overtime is 1.5 times the regular hourly rate for any time worked over 40 in a week - Catered lunch provided every Friday - Coffee and tea provided all day, every day - Celebration events hosted through out the year - Full health benefits on the first of the month following hire - 3 paid weeks of PTO per year (accrued) - 11 paid holidays per year - 401k retirement available after 90 days with employer match - Work location: 5400 Airport Blvd. Suite 100 Boulder, CO 80301 - Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm MT (one hour lunch)
