WE’RE HIRING! Our Landscape Forman will lead and manage landscape construction and installation projects. While ensuring the highest level of customer service is always first and foremost, our Landscape Forman will also be expected to: Foresee and proactively update OCD Landscape owners of project progress, last minute project changes, materials needed for each project, etc. Monitor activities to ensure that contract instructions are followed, deadlines are met, and schedules are maintained. Ensure materials are onsite of each project to meet job start and completion deadlines. Work alongside crews to install various landscape designs. Keep track of materials and man-hours used daily. Oversee progress while onsite and ensure crews are working efficiently.
