Help me bring an exciting movie program to the kids of Birmingham

Hello. I run a non-profit movie star experience for kids here in Atlanta. I've done 30 movie experiences with the kids here in 6yrs. I want to allow other kids nearby to experience this amazing program. I'm writing you because I need a few things before I can bring the program to Birmingham. I need a location to coach the kids on Saturdays for 4-6 hrs, depending on the number of kids and I would need it for Aug, 14th, 21st, and 28th. I can pay $25-$30 hr. to rent a space on those Saturdays. Space needs to be big enough for 14 kids and 2 adults. If it has a room for the parents to wait in, that would be a plus. Chairs are a plus. I'm also searching for an office-type environment to film the kid's movie in. I need a location that has 3 offices and a conference room. We will not disturb the office just need the backdrop for the film. We will be respectful of the location and return it better than we found it. We have insurance and never had an issue shooting at these locations. We film for 6hr per movie and we will do 2 movies on Sep 4th. We will pay $250 for every 6hrs we film there. That's $500 for a 12 hr day. If you can help me in any way with this, it would help me bring the program to Birmingham. The kids will love this, so please help me make it happen.
