Democrats control the house and senate. Pelosi and schumer have absolute control of the witnesses called and the testimony given. As we have seen democrats in the past call only witnesses who will follow the party line and lie to favor the democrats. We were privy to democrat manipulation during their sham impeachments where only thugs and liars were allowed to give testimony. If true testimony and relevant witnesses called, pelosi and schumer would be first on the list called to explain why they refused to beef up the capitol guards and rejected President Trump's offer of the national guard.
