I am posting on behalf of the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria about a dog that was found as a stray and is currently in their care. Spotty/A083894 (given by the AWLA) is a 15-lb, male, 4-month old, Parson Russell Terrier who is white and brown. They were found in Alexandria, VA. Spotty/A083894 is a stray animal and we are trying to find their home; they are NOT available for adoption.
