Full time maintenance personnel with a minimum of 3 years experience in building maintenance or related field is needed for KRK Management/Real Estate Solutions of Alaska. Position requirements: • Trade experience with electrical, plumbing or carpentry. Also experience with drywall and HVAC. • Good work ethic and positive attitude. • Safe workplace practices! • Provide own transportation with valid driver's license and proof of insurance. • Provide basic tools and be able to lift 75 pounds.
