Maintenance– Sani Enterprise, LLC. Ideal Candidate: Sani Enterprise is looking for a professional that has experience within various trades to assist with our properties and our customers’ maintenance and remodeling needs. The ideal candidate will be someone who is an independent individual with a great work ethic, already has a variety of their own tools, and has experience with remodeling and maintenance repairs. Job Type: Full-Time Pay and Benefits:  Earning potential based on availability and quality of work:  $700.00-1,500.00 weekly *Job Qualifications and Experience:  High school diploma, GED  Must possess a current and valid driver’s license, dependable transportation  Job contingent upon passing background check  Must have own tools  Able to make repairs for basic carpentry, flooring, basic plumbing and electric, drywall repair, etc.  Able to use basic tools such as hammer, pliers, screwdriver, drill, etc.  At least five years remodeling and/or related experience Physical Demands:  This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. The individual may need to frequently lift and/or move items more than 50 pounds. Duties and Responsibilities:  Quality work with attention to detail  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Perform routine maintenance repairs and projects as needed  Respond to maintenance requests as needed  Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment  Follow-through on projects with little supervision  Complete in-house training  Must follow company’s safety rules, policies, and guidelines  Monday-Friday with potential of weekends – various hours  Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of this job.
