She was at the Richmond county hospital emergency parking lot 6/21 approx 1-3pm. Not clear if she was patient or not? This girl was obviously in distress. I talked to her for a few mins. She said she is 25yo, homeless and has a drug problem. She also may have mental health issues. I just keep thinking about her and hoping she is ok. The hospital staff seemed unconcerned about helping 😟
