Double tail betta fish looking for new home

I've had my double tail betta fish for about 4 months now, and I'm just haven't connected with it like I have other fish in the past. I'd like to provide him to a home that can take proper care of him (5 gallons +, heated tank, etc.) the way he is used to. He is undersized. At about 2" from nose to end of tail, he is smaller than betta fish usually get, possibly a runt of his spawn (picture is quite close up). But he's got a big personality, and will jump out of the water to try to grab a pellet off the end of your fingertip. I'll include two kinds of food that he loves. I'm not looking to get rid of the tank or any other supplies, sorry.
