There is a man stalking women by the West Barnstable Community Center. His name is Murray. He lives in a group home run by Capeabilities. He has grabbed women, followed them, and goes after them when he sees them. He's been doing this for years. Why no one is doing anything is beyond me. Capeabilities KNOWS and does NOTHING. He sits on the library bench Sundays from 10 to 11:30 because he lives nearby. Watch your young daughters. If he grabs grown women, what is he going to do to little girls? This is a tragedy waiting to happen.
