Local Property and Ownership Company is hiring immediately for a full-time maintenance technician for a clean older property located in Louisville. The position is full-time Mon-Fri. Experience is required. Applicant should be comfortable with the following at a minimum: Drywall repair Minor electrical Minor plumbing Plumbing repair, snaking drains, replacing fixtures, toilets, etc. Some HVAC experience, EPA desirable! Trim Carpentry Ceramic tile replacement Must have own tools Pay 19-23/hr plus bonuses, depending on experience!
