Seeking metal drummer

Seeking a metal drummer for live performances for metal gigs. Looking for someone with good fundamentals and able to play a solid beat within a pocket while simultaneously being unphased in keeping up with faster tempos. Double bass and blast beats are a must, doesn't need to be mechanical 200 bpm madness, but just the ability to play them consistently when particular songs call for them. Pay is 200 per gig, 30 an hour for rehearsals. You are expected to learn the songs beforehand and rehearsals are not the time to learn them, as this is "fine tuning" time. Paid rehearsals are expected to be sober as well as for shows minus the small amount of substance you may use for nerves (I don't feel the right to completely break someone's established routine, I just ask that you don't get f***ed up until after if that's what you like to do). Looking to start gigging in October/November, rehearsals will likely be 3-4 hours daily the week leading up to any particular show. Every show will have new material, as I don't like to be overly repetitive, so the rehearsal trend leading up to each show will remain consistent. The project has strong stances that lean towards the loose category of left libertarian values and many of the lyrics are against modes of thought prevalent in fundamentalist far-right circles. If you are opposed to such ideals then artistically this project is likely not for you, as it's pretty heavily oriented around challenging the status quo.
