CBS Rentals is seeking a full time Grounds Maintenance Technician to work independently on daily property maintenance and larger exterior projects. Job duties include cleaning properties, picking up trash, cutting grass, weed eating, cleaning gutters, trimming hedges, exterior painting and general upkeep and curb appeal responsibilities. Previous grounds maintenance experience a must, candidate should be a self starter, have an eye for detail and a solid work ethic. Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and pass criminal history check. Full time position, competitive pay and benefits, excellent advancement opportunity.
