King Family Vineyards in Crozet, Virginia is seeking seasonal Cellar Workers to join our harvest team from mid-August, 2021 through October, 2021. Work would include all harvest/cellar operations and possibly some vineyard sampling and lab work. No experience necessary, but priority will be given to applicants that have previous experience in wineries during harvest. Ideal candidates would: -be able to work long hours while maintaining a positive attitude. -the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment. -feel comfortable in all harvest operations (crushing, raching, pressing, punchdowns, etc.). King Family Vineyards is a 20,000 case winery. We work primarily with Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Chardonnay, Viognier and Petit Manseng. We also work with some custom crush clients that would expose you to different grape varietals. Compensation is dependent upon experience of the applicant. Off-site/local housing can be provided.
