We are offering a full-time position on our fabrication team. PLEASE CHECK OUT OUR WORK (www.oes.design). The position requires a high attention to detail. Must be able to communicate in English but Spanish is an additional plus. Position starts at $17 an hour with bi-annual reviews to consider pay increases. After 90 days we employee health insurance 100%! We generally work Monday-Friday, 8-4 and pay weekly. We provide all the tools necessary. We are flexible about allowing time off for family or vacation as long as we are given sufficient notice. After a trial period we allow after-hours access to our fabrication shop for personal projects.We have quarterly work gatherings to show our appreciation for employees. Majority of our work is within central Austin with some usually extending West-ward. We pride ourselves as a drama free workplace so please only apply if you have a great attitude.
