Hi there— I work with Public Rights Project, a legal advocacy nonprofit. (publicrightsproject.org). We're launching a workers' rights publication — THE PUBLIC — at the tail-end of July and I am putting together a story. I am hoping to speak with someone who works for minimum wage in Austin, Texas about the city's attempt to raise the minimum wage and the state's decision to use preemption to squash those efforts.
