This is a fast-paced job for adventure-seekers who want to change things up. You will provide a real solution to a real human need; your work days will fly by and NO day is the same. Candidates best suited for this job enjoy doing good, honest work and getting a good work out in. This is a labor-intensive position where endurance is crucial. To be considered, you must be able to lift and hand-carry multiple 40 and 50 lbs. bags throughout the work day. No prior experience necessary--just a driver's license, a clean driving record and a positive can-do attitude Job Responsibilities: Consistently lift, carry and pour 40 and 50 lbs. salt bags into salt tanks (without making a mess!) Responsibly drive and operate company vehicles safely. Provide excellent customer service; be receptive to client concerns, and notify office if any issues arise on site Work independently and collaboratively with others to complete scheduled salt deliveries on time Report water softener maintenance issues to our office if they may need repair Personalities We Look For: Courteous, responsible and punctual types that we can depend on Friendly, approachable and comfortable speaking to customers Efficient, hard-working and able to successfully problem-solve Additional Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must possess valid MN Driver’s License Must possess valid MN DOT Health card (or would be willing to acquire one) No driving violations within the past 3 years (DWI, DUI) Preferred Credentials: Professional delivery or labor experience is preferred, but not required Experience using a forklift is preferred, but not required Ability to drive clutch is preferred, but not required Knowledge of Twin Cities area is preferred, but not required ** HOURLY WAGE BASED ON EXPERIENCE (~$18.00+) ** FULL-TIME or PART-TIME WORK AVAILABLE!
