ISO a small breed puppy like (Chihuahua, French bulldogs, corgi, pugs, maltese, Yorkies,Pomeranian,Cavalier King Charles Spaniels,English Bulldogs,Dachshunds aka wiener dog and Shih Tzu. They can be a mix with any of these named only no out side breeds from this list) I am looking for a young puppy. I would like a female. I have a 9 year old pure breed maltese who is a therapy dog so I know how to train small breeds. I have a Aussie mix she is 2 years old and she was a rescue when she was a puppy. I have cats and children. I am a stay at home mom so I have nothing but time to be with my children and animals.my animals are just as spoiled as my kids. We're looking for a descent rehoming fee or adoption fee " I am not looking to spend a lot of money unless the dog comes with akc certified papers and a 1 Year health guarantee and breeding rights and these would have to be in payments until the puppy is ready to come home". I have had people say there rehoming fee is over a thousand dollars and there is no papers, or health guarantee or anything but the first set of shots and that's not rehoming that's selling and it is at breeders prices so please don't give me breeders prices if you're not a legit breeder. I will not send money over the fb messenger for a down payment or deposit unless i able to sing a legal document that is mailed to my house and you have singed in front of a notery and I myself have signed in front of a notary original copy will be sent back and I will have a copy this is to be safe I am orgnally from NY and I know how legal documents are this is to protect me from scams and people that say they will hold the puppy but turn around and sell it to someone else and not give me my money back( it has happened already here in NE). Unless I pay in full at pickup and there is no holding fee then I will not need the extra security. I know that Nebraska is different then NY but with as many scammers on a lot of sites it's just as bad as NY. If you have puppies available soon or in the next couple months please message me. I am from the Hastings area and I am willing to travel but not to far. ( I hope I am not sounding rude or disrespectful I am not trying to sound like that I am just trying to get a puppy and I have already been scammed) I am looking to pickup around the 1st that is when I get paid
