It is a great pleasure to announce this event.
At this event you will be guided through the 4 stages of Vipassana meditation based on awareness of breath.
First 3 steps are practical through which you will understand how to find your most natural optimum posture, how to practice mindfulness of breath, how to cultivate seamless clarity of awareness, how to relax the body and calm the mind. The 4th stage of session will conclude by discussing the philosophy of successful practice.
Regular practice of Vipassana meditation eventually improves clarity of awareness, sensitivity towards life and ability to self regulate. Regular practice of Vipassana can also benefit your health by reducing stress, relaxing the body, improving posture and enhancing circulation of vital force.
This is a great opportunity if you are new to meditation and looking for in-person guidance through the process.
This event is going to be organized from 6.30 PM to 8 PM in the beautiful settings of Flex Fusion Studio in Campbell, California. Parking facility is available. Yoga mats and pillows are available. You can also bring your own pillow and mat to sit or lie down.
You may actively participate in the workshop or you can be a silent meditative participant. If you want to actively participate, please do not eat anything 2 hours before the session. If possible wear loose clothes.
Covid guidelines do apply.
This event is free to participate however donations are accepted. Donations are not compulsory.
