Yard Solutions is a commercial landscaping company located in Groveport, Ohio. We are looking to hire a Lead Mechanic to maintain our growing fleet of trucks, salt trucks, snow plows, skid steers, backhoes, and other equipment. The Successful Candidate Will: • Have the ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule: preventative maintenance and snow removal requires odd hours at times. Overtime will be required during our busy season. • Have at least 5 years' experience working on vehicles, equipment, and machinery. • Provide basic diagnostic services • Have a valid driver's license. • ASE Certification (preferred). Job Duties: • Preventative maintenance on vehicles, equipment, and tools • Weekly fluid checks • Perform basic welding tasks • Manage preventative maintenance schedule for fleet and equipment. • Manage maintenance tickets and ensure work is completed in a timely manner • Basic facility maintenance • Safety/Accident reporting We Offer: • $25-$30/hour, based on experience • Holiday pay • 401K, 3% match • Paid Vacation/Sick Time • Family-type work environment How Do You Apply?
