Local property management company looking for a full and part time maintenance worker at a mid size apartment complex in southeast Columbus. Must have at least six months of experience, dependable transportation, valid drivers license/insurance, references, be able to pass a background and drug test. Monday through Friday and on call for emergencies. Hours and days are flexible. Complete daily work orders and coordinate with outside plumbers and electricians as needed. Need professional appearance and friendly attitude. Duties include painting, clean outs, basic electrical and plumbing, landscaping, property clean up, basic carpentry repair, some knowledge of appliance repair, ability to multitask and good communication skills.
