Mid-State Sales is seeking to fill the Receiving Clerk position within our fluid conveyance manufacturing facility. We are an ISO 9001: 2015 registered manufacturer of hydraulic hose and tube assemblies and have provided our customers with quality products and services since 1969. Come join our team! Our ideal candidate would have prior experience operating a standup/sit-down forklift, and have experience receiving a large volume of products in an industrial setting. Responsibilities: • Support the shipment of product by making arrangements for freight pick-up. • Ensure shipping documents are prepared and ready for shipment. • Load and unload trucks. • Standup, sit-down, and pallet-jack operation. • Meet truck drivers at docks and unloads inbound freight. • Check inbound freight against packing slips and Mid-State purchase orders. • Confirm quantities match packing slip and purchase orders. • Report shortages, damaged shipments and defective products. • Maintains clean and organized work area by meeting the 5S standards. • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager. • ***This position does require the frequent lifting of objects up to 50 lbs.
